Surfing in Galapagos

Surf uncrowded waves, stay on the towns, travel from port to port and search for the right conditions while you visit the Galapagos National Park.

Located at the Equator, we surf medium to large, north and south swells.
Even though you can surf all year around, the best season is when the warm conditions hit the islands, with the northern swells (December to April).

During the coldest time of the year, from September to November, only a few places have the right geographical and oceanographic conditions for full enjoyment. Waters can drop then to 16°C / 61°F, the coldest in the tropics. These are the months of the large southern swells.

If you are unfortunately caught by flat spells, there is plenty of incredible diving, snorkeling and sightseeing to do from the port towns.

We can organize your trip with all your requirements and at your own budget.
If you travel with a group, you will be accompanied at all times by one of our guides, experienced surfers and watermen, all licensed National Park naturalists. This person will also provide all the organizatinal support needed to get around the small hassles of traveling, like luggage handling, room reservations, boat operation and else.

We can also cater for your non surfing family members and companions.
